He requested that the Prosecutors’ Commission of the Republic of Indonesia to intervene to investigate the case and impose strict sanctions on unscrupulous prosecutors suspected of being involved.

“We condemn acts of violence that do not reflect law enforcement ethics. The Prosecutors ‘Commission must immediately act so that public trust in the prosecutors’ institution is not tarnished,” he said, Tuesday, July 29, 2025.

The alleged persecution has been reported to the Palopo Regional Police with the number LP/B/394/VII/2025/SPKT/Palopo Regional Police/South Sulawesi Regional Police dated July 24, 2025. The report was also strengthened by the results of the post mortem that was owned by the victim.

Not only the persecution, the victim’s family also revealed the alleged extortion carried out in the Restorative Justice (RJ) process. It was stated, there was a request for money and assets in the form of a house as a peaceful condition.

Muhammad Rizki stressed that Hipmi supports just law enforcement and requested that the perpetrators be processed transparently.
